Our summer hook-in event this year is back in Rutland at the Holiday Inn. We’ll have 2 days of hooking, visiting, learning from experts, door prizes, eating, buying from great vendors and just having fun.

Registration is now open online (gmrhg.org) or contact Jennifer Davey (jcdavey7606@gmail.com or call 802-333-9607) to get a paper registration form if you cannot use the internet to do so.

The hook-in cost is $40/day for members and includes lunch. Non-members are welcomed. Registration for non-members is $50.00/day.

About our speakers:

Friday: Peg Irish will explore several ways to make 3-D birds using rug hooking and needle felting techniques. She will talk about how to create a bird pattern; how to combine rug hooking and felting, and how to bring your birds to life.

Saturday: Molly Colegrove is our Saturday speaker. Molly is well known for creating hooked sculptures and we hope she’ll inspire you to create your own piece for the show.
